"Slow Food is an idea, a way of living and a way of eating. It is part of a global, grassroots movement with thousands of members in over 150 countries, which links the pleasure of food with a commitment to community and the environment.  The Cellar is committed to supporting the Slow Food Movement, as well as Fair Trade practices." The Cellar is a premier venue in eastern Idaho for groups from all over the USA to perform. Live music can be found on The Patio 4-5 nights per week on average. Groups have come from New York to Austin, and from Seattle to Alabama. Great music, great food, and great enjoyment.
